## Description

Als Teamleiter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für ein Softwareentwicklungsteam und schaffen die Rahmenbedingungen für nachhaltigen Erfolg.

Dabei gehören unter anderem folgende Aufgaben zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich:

 * Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Softwareentwicklungsteams
 * Durchführung von Mitarbeitendengesprächen, Zielvereinbarungen sowie Feedback- und Entwicklungsprozessen
 * Aufbau effizienter Teamstrukturen und Förderung einer leistungsfähigen sowie motivierenden Arbeitsumgebung
 * Förderung einer offenen, vertrauensvollen und bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
 * Begleitung der Implementierung, Wartung, Qualitätssicherung und Stabilisierung moderner Softwarelösungen
 * Analyse technischer Anforderungen sowie Bewertung von Lösungsansätzen und deren Umsetzbarkeit
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Scrum Mastern und weiteren Fachbereichen im agilen Entwicklungsumfeld
