Dein zukünftiges Einsatzumfeld

Du unterstützt im Rahmen eines langfristigen IT-Projekts den Austausch und die Bereitstellung moderner Client-Hardware. Dabei begleitest Du den gesamten Lifecycle der Endgeräte - von der Vorbereitung über die Installation bis hin zur Übergabe an die Anwender und der Rückführung alter Systeme.

Dich erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld mit eigenverantwortlichen Aufgaben rund um Client Deployment, Hardwaremanagement und Anwendersupport.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

 * Planung und Koordination von Austauschterminen mit den Anwendern
 * Vorbereitung, Installation und Konfiguration neuer Clients
 * Betriebssysteminstallation sowie Installation von Standardsoftware
 * Austausch und Inbetriebnahme von Notebooks und Desktop-Systemen
 * Unterstützung der Anwender direkt vor Ort oder an einer zentralen Servicestelle
 * Organisation des Versands und der Rückführung ausgetauschter Geräte
 * Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Hardware-Assets
 * Unterstützung bei der Bedarfsplanung und Bestellung neuer Hardware
 * Pflege von Assetdaten sowie Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
 * Nutzung moderner Deployment- und Managementlösungen für die Softwarebereitstellung
