## About the Role

* Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally at Master's level, in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Information Systems, or a related field
 * Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally SharePoint / Confluence / Jira
 * Basic cloud literacy (AWS concepts, APIs, multi-tenancy - enough to follow technical discussions)
 * Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured, reliable working style
 * Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills; excellent English and good German (written and spoken) Interest in digitalization, AI-based tools, or process automation is a plus

## Description

* Maintaining a central source of truth: project documentation, meeting notes, decisions, and action-item tracking
 * Supporting stakeholder mapping and keeping stakeholder/ownership records up to date
 * Preparing presentations, status updates, and dashboards for the project lead and steering audiences
 * Mapping and documenting the tool and system landscape (cloud/AWS, multi-tenancy, ServiceNow/SAP touchpoints)
 * Supporting roadmap upkeep and tracking dependencies across modules and workstreams
 * Following up on open action items and flagging potential delays early
 * Assisting with coordination across cross-functional and cross-departmental teams Exploring opportunities to use AI tools and process automation to improve efficiency and documentation quality
