 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der dem Team zugeordneten IT-Services
 * Bearbeitung komplexer Incidents und Service Requests einschließlich Root-Cause-Analysen
 * Koordination mit 1st-Level-, 3rd-Level-Support, Infrastruktur und externen Dienstleistern
 * Qualitätssicherung durch Ticket-Reviews, Standardisierung sowie Pflege von Dokumentationen
 * Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, Migrationen und der Weiterentwicklung der Supportprozesse
