* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für IT-System-Management, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder in der kaufmännischen Verwaltung eines IT-Systemhauses von Vorteil
 * Grundverständnis für IT-Produkte, -Dienstleistungen und -Systeme
 * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystemen (SAP-Business One) wünschenswert
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen sowie erste Kenntnisse in der Begleitung von IT-Projekten von Vorteil
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden rund um IT-Produkte und -Dienstleistungen
 * Erstellung von Angeboten und Kalkulationen sowie Nachverfolgung bis zum Auftragsabschluss
 * Kaufmännische Abwicklung von Aufträgen - von der Bestellung bis zur Rechnungsstellung
 * Koordination mit Herstellern, Lieferanten und internen Fachabteilungen
 * Pflege von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten in unseren Systemen
 * Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
 * Betreuung unseres internen Ticketsystems inkl. Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung der Anfragen
 * Erstellung, Monitoring und Begleitung von IT-Projekten von der Planung bis zum Abschluss
