## About the Role

* Proven experience in IT Support (L1/L2 level)
 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office suite
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts
 * Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
 * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 * Fluency in English (German is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

 * Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft certifications)
 * Experience in corporate or enterprise IT environments

## Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our team in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first and second-level technical support, ensuring smooth IT operations, and delivering excellent end-user support., * Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

 * Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
 * Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.)
 * Support Windows OS environments and basic network connectivity issues
 * Handle ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) and ensure timely resolution
 * Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance
 * Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
 * Provide on-site support and assist users with IT-related queries
 * Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and processes
