* Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden im Bereich IT und Kommunikationstechnik
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen - remote und vor Ort
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Windows-Client- und Serversystemen
 * Administration und Wartung von IT-Infrastrukturen
 * Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit
 * Unterstützung im Anwendersupport
 * Dokumentation von Anfragen und Störungen im Ticketsystem
 * Durchführung von Hardware-Reparaturen und Austausch defekter Komponenten
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und Entwicklung neuer Lösungsansätze
