## Description

AKTUELLE SITUATION

 * Die interne IT-Landschaft umfasst Server-, Endpoint- und Security-Infrastrukturen.
 * Die Umgebung basiert unter anderem auf Windows- und Linux-Servern innerhalb einer VMware- und Dell EMC VxRail-Plattform.
 * Parallel zum laufenden Betrieb wird eine strategische Modernisierungsinitiative umgesetzt.
 * Für die Sicherstellung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts wird zusätzliche Unterstützung benötigt.

PROJEKTZIEL

Ziel des Projekts ist die stabile und sichere Betriebsführung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur während der Laufzeit der Modernisierungsinitiative. Dazu gehören ein zuverlässiger Infrastruktur- und Endpoint-Betrieb, geregelte Security-Prozesse, funktionierende Monitoring- und Recovery-Mechanismen sowie eine nachvollziehbare Dokumentation und Übergabe der verantworteten Themen.AUFGABEN

 * Betrieb und Stabilisierung der Windows- und Linux-Serverlandschaft auf VMware- und Dell EMC VxRail-Plattformen
 * Durchführung von Softwareverteilung, Patch-Management und Betriebssystem-Härtung für mehr als 1.000 Endgeräte
 * Betreuung der Endpoint-Security für Windows- und macOS-Systeme
 * 2nd-Level-Bearbeitung von Security Incidents
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests sowie Joiner-, Mover- und Leaver-Prozessen des Kunden
 * Administration von Active Directory und Microsoft Entra ID
 * Betrieb und Optimierung von Monitoring- und Alerting-Prozessen innerhalb der Kundenlandschaft
 * Betreuung von Backup-, Recovery-, Firewall- und VPN-Betrieb
 * Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungsaktivitäten
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie strukturierte Wissensübergabe
