## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, auch durch Berufserfahrung
 * Fundierte Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen, insbesondere Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams und Microsoft Defender
 * Kenntnisse im modernen Client-Management mit Windows 11, Windows Autopilot und der Softwareverteilung über Intune
 * Erfahrung im Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement (Conditional Access, MFA) sowie in der Automatisierung mit PowerShell
 * Kenntnisse der ITIL-4-Prozesse im Service Management (Incident-, Change- und Request-Management)
 * Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Rufbereitschaften

## Description

Im Team IT-Basisbetrieb verantwortest Du mit uns den 24x7 Betrieb unserer internen IT-Infrastruktur-Services, um einen reibungslosen Digitalfunkbetrieb für unsere Rettungskräfte zu gewährleisten. Zusammen entwickeln wir die IT-Services weiter, vom Netzwerk, Storage, Server über Datenbanken, Middleware und Betriebssystemen bis hin zum Workplace., * Du verantwortest den Betrieb, die Administration und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-365-Plattform.

 * Du administrierst und betreust Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams und Microsoft Defender.
 * Für die Umsetzung von Sicherheits-, Compliance- und Zugriffsrichtlinien sorgst du zuverlässig und mit Blick auf einen sicheren IT-Betrieb.
 * Die Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Software, Betriebssystemen und Endgeräten gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
 * Du analysierst Störungen im Client-, Cloud- und Infrastrukturumfeld und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen.
 * Incidents, Changes und Service Requests bearbeitest du eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert.
 * Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen sowie Wissensdatenbanken und trägst so zum Wissensaustausch im Team bei.
