## About the Role

Do you have experience in Precision measurement in machining?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We're hiring a Class A Machinist with proven experience programming in Okuma's IGF, and setting up and running Okuma Multus B300 and B400 platforms. This is a top-tier role for someone who thrives in a high-complexity, low-margin-for-error environment. If you're looking to level up in a shop that respects your experience and gives you the room to own your machine, this is it., * 8+ years of CNC machining experience

 * 4+ years specifically programming with IGF on Okuma lathes or Multus platforms
 * Proven setup and operation experience on Okuma Multus B300/B400 or similar multi-axis equipment
 * High fluency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and aerospace tolerancing standards
 * Skilled with micrometers, indicators, bore gauges, and related inspection tools
 * Ability to develop and troubleshoot programs, select tooling, and design work holding independently, * Experience with tight turnaround, low-to-medium volume production
 * Familiarity with ERP systems (JobBOSS2 a plus)
 * Experience machining exotic materials and aerospace-grade metals
 * Exposure to 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles, * High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

 * IGF Programming: 3 years (Required)
 * CNC Machining: 8 years (Required)

## Description

* Program light to medium complex parts using Okuma's IGF control system
 * Set up and run Okuma Multus B300 and B400 machines to tight tolerances (typically ±.0005")
 * Collaborate with CAM and engineering to improve part strategies and programming workflows
 * Develop and document setup sheets, tooling strategies, and fixture designs
 * Perform first article inspections and ensure in-process quality control
 * Troubleshoot production issues in real time, including tool wear, finish deviation, and dimensional issues
 * Provide feedback for continuous process and program improvements
