* Fundiertes Know-how im fachlichen Aufbau von Autorisierungs- und Berechtigungskonzepten
 * Kenntnisse über Autorisierungskonzepte in SAP-Systemen, idealerweise im Kontext von S/4HANA und/oder SuccessFactors
 * Wünschenswert: Erfahrung in SAP-Transformations- oder Einführungsprojekten
 * Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering und in der Strukturierung komplexer Anforderungen
 * Verständnis für Governance-, Security- und Compliance-Zusammenhänge
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Abstimmungsfähigkeit
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Vertrautheit mit agilen Arbeitsweisen

Für den Aufbau unserer zukünftigen Inhouse-SAP-Kernsysteme auf Basis von SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud und SuccessFactors suchen wir dich als Inhouse Product Owner SAP Security & Authorization., * End-to-End-Verantwortung für das Produkt SAP Security & Authorization - von der Konzeption im Transformationsprojekt bis zur Weiterentwicklung im Betrieb

 * Erarbeitung, Abstimmung und Abnahme von Autorisierungs- und Berechtigungskonzepten für SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud und SuccessFactors im Rahmen des Operations-Transformation-Programms
 * Entwicklung der Produktvision, Zielbilder und Leitplanken für Security & Authorization gemeinsam mit Stakeholdern
 * Analyse fachlicher, organisatorischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Anforderungen sowie Übersetzung in priorisierte Anforderungen und User Stories
 * Definition und Etablierung von Rollen- und Berechtigungsmodellen inklusive Standardisierung und fachlicher Differenzierung
 * Weiterentwicklung, Überwachung und Qualitätssicherung der Security- & Authorization-Rollen im Betrieb
 * Sicherstellung audit-fähiger, nachvollziehbarer und wartbarer Berechtigungskonzepte
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Product Ownern, IT-Security, Compliance, Betrieb und externen Partnern
