* Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Einschlägige Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich und als Ausbilder in der Erwachsenenbildung im virtuellen Klassenraum
 * SAP-Beraterzertifizierung basierend auf aktuellen Releases
 * Pädagogisches Geschick und Freude an der Vermittlung von Fachwissen und Begleitung im virtuellen Raum
 * Ausbildereignung
 * Weiterbildung im Bereich virtueller Lernsettings und Lernprozessbegleitung wünschenswert
 * Sicherer Umgang mit M365 sowie mit den aktuellen SAP-Releases
 * Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationsfähigkeit
 * Bereitschaft zur pädagogischen sowie fachlichen Weiterentwicklung

## Description

* Sie sind für die permanente virtuelle pädagogische Betreuung im Rahmen unserer SAP-Schulungen zuständig
 * Sie übernehmen die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der SAP-Live-Trainings im virtuellen Raum
 * Sie unterstüzen die Teilnehmenden in ihrem individuellen Lernprozess und aktivieren und motivieren diese
 * Weiterhin sind Sie für die Dokumentation der Lernfortschritte, Auswertungsgespräche und für das Anwesenheitsmanagement verantwortlich
 * Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Projektkoordination und den Standorten
