 * Durchführung von ITIL-Prozessen (Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Configuration- und Event-Management)
 * Analyse von Systemausfällen, Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen sowie Eskalation an technische Teams
 * Betreuung von Backup-Prozessen und Notfallwiederherstellung sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur in Immenstaad
