Projektumsetzung: Eigenständige oder teambasierte Realisierung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC)

Systemimplementierung: Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von modernen ITK-Anlagen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort

Technischer Support: Qualifizierte Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen und Anfragen über ein Ticketsystem sowie per Service-Hotline

Sales-Unterstützung: Kompetente technische Beratung für die Vertriebsabteilung zur Erstellung passgenauer Kundenlösungen

Kundenbetreuung: Laufende Betreuung und proaktive Optimierung der Kommunikationsinfrastruktur bei einem festen Kundenstamm
