## Description

* Verantwortlich für die fachliche Leitung sowie die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Workplace IT und den stabilen Betrieb der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur
 * Administration, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der gesamten Systemlandschaft zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
 * Eigenständige Analyse komplexer Störungen, Ursachenidentifikation sowie nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
 * Betrieb, Überwachung und Steuerung der Systeme inklusive Kostenmanagement und Zugriffskontrolle
 * Implementierung, Integration und Wartung von Bot-, Agenten- und RAG-Lösungen auf Basis von Azure AI Foundry unter Sicherstellung eines DSGVO-konformen KI-Einsatzes
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Beratung und Schulung der Fachbereiche und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Support-Prozessen und Standards
