Bereitstellung und Wartung von Peripheriegeräten
Bearbeitung von Störungen und Anfragen im Bereich Hard- und Software, inklusive Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
Bearbeitung von Aufgaben im First- und Second-Level-Support sowie in der Benutzerverwaltung
Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen zur IT-Infrastruktur
Mitarbeit an Projekten sowie eigenständige Durchführung von Infrastrukturprojekten nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung
