Your mission is to eliminate EUS operational tickets by building self-healing workflows that reduce manual intervention. You will integrate AI solutions with SaaS platforms, ensuring security and compliance across the enterprise environment. Collaborating across IT and security teams, you will drive continuous improvement in automation and agent performance. This role requires a strong technical background in AI/ML, automation frameworks, and a security-first mindset. You will have the opportunity to innovate in a fast-paced environment, helping Docusign simplify global business processes. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Cloud Apps.
