The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a process-oriented background, with at least 5 years of experience in a management role for a large organization., * Must be authorized to work in the US * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * At least 3-5 years of experience in a management role for a large organization, and 10+ years overall in IT or network engineering * Thorough understanding of network architecture, protocols, and technologies, including LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking. * Proven experience in managing complex network infrastructure projects from conception to implementation. * Experience with network monitoring and performance analysis tools. * Familiarity with security best practices and compliance regulations, such as PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, MACRED and NIST. Preferred Characteristics: * Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented approach to management. * Cisco networks knowledge preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP are a plus. * Some domestic and international travel required. ## Description As Senior Network Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of network professionals, developing and implementing network policies, procedures and standards, and ensuring our network infrastructure meets the organization's needs at all of our 49 locations worldwide.
