In this role, you'll own the full lifecycle of technology implementation projects for our clients - from scoping and planning through execution and clean handoff - while also serving as a high-level escalation resource for our Service Desk team. This is a highly visible, client-facing position that demands both deep technical expertise and the professional polish to work directly with decision-makers at client organizations.
