Work effectively independently in a dynamic team environment. * Certification in relevant technologies, such as Cisco CCNA, Palo Alto, Fortinet FCP, Microsoft Server certifications is considered an asset. * Proficient in advanced network and server administration, enterprise virtualization, database management, data analytics and M365 services. * Proven experience in IT user support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks. * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. * Experience working in the mining industry or similar environment is a plus. ## Description Reporting to the Director, Cloud Integration & Azure Applications, the IT Specialist is responsible for administering, supporting, configuring, and ensuring the smooth operation of GEM Enterprise IT systems and services, including installing and updating hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, managing data security and providing technical support to users.
