Previous public affairs or public relations agency experience is required.
 * Advanced writing and editing skills, including experience developing materials for senior-level stakeholders and a strong understanding of AP Style.
 * Experience utilizing digital and social media platforms to support advocacy, public affairs, and integrated communications campaigns.
 * Demonstrated success developing digital strategies, managing client relationships, and delivering measurable campaign results.
 * Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency while adhering to company guidelines and best practices.
 * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

## Description

* Developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies for public affairs and advocacy clients, identifying opportunities to maximize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
 * Serving as a trusted advisor to clients by managing day-to-day relationships, expanding existing accounts, and contributing to new business development through strategic proposals and presentations.
 * Leading and mentoring a team of digital strategists, ensuring successful execution across multiple client engagements while fostering professional growth and collaboration.
 * Partnering with the Creative team to develop compelling visual assets, including branding materials, one-pagers, digital advertising creative, social media graphics, and campaign collateral.
 * Collaborating with the Digital Advertising team to develop media strategies, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and deliver insightful client reporting.
 * Working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure digital initiatives are executed efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with broader client objectives.
