No college degree or professional IT (Information Technology) experience is required. Practical computer knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are more important., * Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, printers, Wi-Fi, and networking

 * Comfortable troubleshooting common hardware and software problems
 * Able to use basic tools and perform simple camera and network cabling
 * Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
 * Professional experience is helpful but not required
 * Self-taught candidates and computer enthusiasts are encouraged to apply

## Description

* Help employees with basic computer and technology problems
 * Troubleshoot computers, printers, Wi-Fi, and office equipment
 * Install Windows, software, and computer updates
 * Install, cable, and troubleshoot security cameras
 * Assist with routers, network connections, Internet Protocol addresses, and basic Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol settings
 * Occasionally travel between two company locations; authorized mileage and travel expenses are reimbursed
