## About the Role

* Associate's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related area
 * 2+ years of progressive experience in IT support center or help desk
 * Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
 * Advanced performance analysis and troubleshooting skills
 * Ability to work independently and as part of team
 * Effective communication and organizational skills

Preferred

 * Bilingual (Korean / English) communication and documentation skills
 * Microsoft or other relevant certification

## Description

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our project. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, and hands-on support by installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading the devices., * Support with local server hardware, operating systems, network infrastructure, and telephone by delivering hands-on support through troubleshooting incidents with customers via phone or virtual communication

 * Assist with the design and implementation of IT policies and procedures for managing computer systems and operations based on corporate guidelines/ control framework.
 * Work on major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
 * Resolve problems in a timely manner with a solution focused mindset
 * Take corrective actions and/or escalates incidences to reduce service down time
 * Collaborate with Senior IT Manager to manage and maintain network infrastructure
 * Perform other duties as assigned
