Experience must include: * Applying project management practices to plan, coordinate, and deliver information technology (IT) projects, products, or technology initiatives, including scope, schedule, risk, issue, change, and stakeholder management. * Coordinating or supporting the delivery of information technology (IT) projects or technology initiatives using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies. * Using project, product, or work management tools (e.g., Planview, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Sciforma, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar tools) to plan, coordinate, track, or report on IT projects or technology initiatives. * Collaborating with software developers, infrastructure teams, system administrators, architects, business stakeholders, vendors, or other technical partners to deliver technology solutions. * Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a manner that facilitates mutual understanding. * Customer-focused approach grounded in active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented problem solving. Education in Information Technology (IT) or an IT related field may substitute for experience as follows: a master's degree for eighteen (18) months of experience; a bachelor's degree for one (1) year; and an associate's degree for six (6) months. Information Technology Specialist 4 Level: Position requires a minimum of four (4) years of experience managing or coordinating information technology (IT) projects, products, or technology initiatives.
