## About the Role

Northstar Fertility Partners is hiring an IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, be a critical thinker, and have strong problem -solving skills., * High School Diploma or equivalent

 * Minimum of 1-2 years working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or System Admin
 * Must have or is in the process of completing the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification (MS-900).
 * Experience administering Microsoft 365 required
 * Familiarity with Help Desk Systems
 * Prior experience on supporting cloud applications
 * Knowledge of Computer hardware and repairs desired
 * Basic knowledge mobile devices desired
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
 * Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to the Head of Information Technology

## Description

* Serve as point or contact with employees who need technical assistance via the Teams, Email, or Phone
 * Provide technical support to employees by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance
 * Provide answers to employees by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding employees through corrective steps, and training if required
 * Maintain SLA's to ensure you are addressing needs in a timely manner
 * Provide information and research new IT products and services
 * Track problems and their resolution via the IT Ticketing System
 * Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to the IT Director
 * Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
 * Collaborate with HR and Leadership on onboarding and off boarding employees
