Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in technology?

Balance Staffing is hiring motivated graduates with a passion for computers, technology, and troubleshooting to join a leading global technology manufacturer in El Paso, Texas.

If you've built computers, worked with Linux, written Python scripts, or completed hands-on technical projects in school, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience working with enterprise server hardware while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in technology., Associate's or Bachelor's degree in one of the following:

 * Information Technology (IT)
 * Computer Science
 * Cybersecurity
 * Software Development

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience using Linux
 * Basic to intermediate Python knowledge
 * Experience building or repairing computers
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 * Passion for technology and continuous learning
 * Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Bonus Experience

We'd especially like to hear from candidates who have:

 * Built a gaming PC or workstation
 * Completed computer science or IT projects
 * Worked with servers or virtualization
 * Created Python scripts or automation projects
 * Used Linux in school, labs, or personal projects
