This position is essential for maintaining daily data center operations, enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening security measures, and optimizing system workflows through automation and proactive monitoring. The incumbent will work closely with the IT Operations Manager and other team members to oversee ERP job processing, manage inventory, secure sensitive data, drive automation efforts, and support our technology stack. This role is best suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. Mid shift hours: Monday - Friday - 10:30am - 6:30pm, * Monitor and manage ERP processes, non-integrated partner connections, and data integrity to ensure efficient workflow execution, alignment with operational schedules, and optimal system performance; * Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, mitigating delays or errors to maintain business continuity and minimizing disruptions to critical operations; * Utilize system monitoring tools to proactively identify and address issues, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability. Support incident response activities by promptly investigating and diagnosing issues, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution, documenting resolutions thoroughly, and conducting post-incident analysis to identify root causes; * Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and enhance incident response protocols.
