Most of the day-to-day is building the interfaces our clients use, but the role runs the full depth of the stack. The work is broad, and you'll have a lot of latitude in how you approach it. You'll take on real problems across the product, decide how best to solve them, and own what you build, with real input on how we make things better. Our goal is to make great products that make people's work easier. Your job will be to make that a reality, from concept to deployed solutions for real customers. We move fast, keep our codebase clean, and take tech debt seriously. What You'll Do Engineering * Build and own features across the stack, seeing them through to production * Turn requirements into interfaces that are usable and accessible, and raise the bar on every screen you touch * Ship incrementally and continuously. This is a living product that is constantly improving * Turn client feedback into improvements that make the whole product better, instead of just building one-off fixes * Own your features after they're live. Debug, monitor, and keep them healthy in production Collaboration * Work autonomously while staying closely coordinated with an async-first team * Collaborate across the team on both core product and client work * Contribute to architectural decisions and documentation ## Related Videos - [How a Small Team Shrank a Microsoft Monorepo by 94%](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1236-how-a-small-team-shrank-a-microsoft-monorepo-by-94) - [Keeping applications secure by evolving OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100152-keeping-applications-secure-by-evolving-oauth-2-0-and-openid-connect) - [Build and Deploy a Fullstack App with Open Source Tooling](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/775-build-and-deploy-a-fullstack-app-with-open-source-tooling) - [Git for Code Reviews](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/429-git-for-code-reviews) - [How to Build Truly Production-ready Apps - Modern JS-based SaaS Stack for Indie Devs and Small Teams](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/246-how-to-build-truly-production-ready-apps-modern-js-based-saas-stack-for-indie-devs-and-small-teams) - [Delay the AI Overlords: How OAuth and OpenFGA Can Keep Your AI Agents from Going Rogue](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1637-delay-the-ai-overlords-how-oauth-and-openfga-can-keep-your-ai-agents-from-going-rogue) ## Related Articles - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers)
