This role requires approximately 10% travel to support customer engagements and internal collaboration., * Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field required * 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role; internship experience is preferred * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience collecting, validating, managing, and interpreting data with a high degree of accuracy * Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting; experience with business intelligence tools is a plus * Exposure to AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar technologies, with an interest in applying AI to improve business processes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams * Experience or exposure to commercial real estate, facility management, HVAC, energy management, or other technical industries is preferred * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and travel approximately 10%, * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * * Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required) * data analysis: 1 year (Preferred) ## Description Rensair is a high-growth climate technology company transforming commercial buildings through sustainable indoor air quality (IAQ) and HVAC optimization. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career data professional to play a key role in supporting Rensair's U.S. growth by transforming complex operational and engineering data into actionable business insights.
