This role will have a specific focus on Workday HCM., The HR Product team is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Product Solutions Consultant to join an Agile team responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business vision and priorities. In this position, the consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing and delivery of system capabilities to enhance employee, and stakeholder experiences, promoting cross functional collaboration to drive innovation while working in an agile framework to deliver the highest value. The Workday HCM Product Solutions Consultant will participate in and facilitate sessions to automate scalable business processes, rules, and workflows that support rapidly changing strategies and employee experience needs. This individual will partner closely with business customers to understand needs, define desired outcomes, identify gaps and solution opportunities, support release and product planning, and manage delivery expectations.
