## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
 * 5+ years of digital hardware design experience.
 * Experience designing analog and digital circuits including FPGAs, microcontrollers, memory, and high-speed interfaces.
 * Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and similar lab equipment.
 * Experience with VHDL and/or Verilog.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Preferred Experience:

 * Altium Designer.
 * Xilinx Vivado.
 * RF Systems or Software Defined Radio (SDR).
 * Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
 * MATLAB, Python, and Linux.
 * Experience performing design reviews and providing technical leadership.

## Description

* Lead the design and development of advanced digital hardware for next-generation products.
 * Design multi-layer PCBs, develop schematics, and support board layout activities.
 * Architect and develop FPGA solutions using VHDL and/or Verilog on modern Xilinx platforms.
 * Perform hardware integration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production support.
 * Design high-speed digital interfaces, data acquisition systems, digital signal processing (DSP), and communication architectures.
 * Develop Python and Bash scripts to automate engineering workflows and improve efficiency.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
