## About the Role

* 10+ years of IT architecture or identity experience, ideally within healthcare
 * Strong enterprise IAM architecture and governance experience
 * Deep experience with at least four of the following: Entra ID, SailPoint, Active Directory, ServiceNow identity workflows, and SAML/OIDC
 * Experience with role mining, birthright access, identity lifecycle management, and IAM platform rationalization
 * Strong Workday lifecycle experience supporting employees, contractors, and non-employee providers
 * Experience leading platform teams, vendors, and contracted engineering resources
 * Epic security build experience is strongly preferred

Certifications:

 * Microsoft SC-300, SailPoint IdentityNow/IIQ, or IDPro CIDPRO certification required
 * TOGAF certification required within one year of hire
 * CISSP or AWS Certified Security - Specialty preferred
