U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. * Experience leading teams in systems engineering, integration, and test activities, including specification decomposition, requirements tracing, and test planning/execution. * Experience managing resources with multi-million-dollar annual budgets. * Ability to achieve Raytheon PM Certification Level 4 within one year of hire. * Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date.
