## About the Role

**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field.

This position is located within an ITAR-regulated facility. Candidates must be compliant with U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and ITAR requirements and must be U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals.

Requirements:

 + Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions., + 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or performance engineering.

 + Strong experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.

 + Experience analyzing large datasets and communicating business insights.

 + Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams.

 + Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean principles, or continuous improvement methodologies.

 + Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 + Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.

 + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 + Advanced Power BI development experience.

 + Experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.

 + Knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power Query, and other analytics tools.

 + Experience developing KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards.

 + Understanding of data governance and reporting best practices.
