This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of program execution, stakeholder relationships, and cross-organizational influence. Our team covers a broad portfolio of security domains - spanning endpoint detection, email security, data encryption, network security, compliance engineering, and security assessments - and is in an active growth phase with a new domain launching in Q3, multiple engineering hires onboarding simultaneously, and several platform ownership transitions in flight. This is not a role for someone looking to manage a steady-state program. It's a role for someone who thrives in complexity, earns trust quickly, and can run a program without needing to be the most technical person in the room. What You'll Do + Own end-to-end program management across a broad portfolio of security domains - including endpoint detection, email security, data encryption, network security, compliance engineering, and security assessments - tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and keeping work moving without requiring manager escalation + Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners across Risk, Compliance, Engineering, and Business teams on security program-related initiatives + Drive alignment and decisions in cross-organizational forums where the security team does not hold direct authority + Build and maintain program rhythms - sprint cadences, status reporting, roadmap tracking, and stakeholder updates + Develop and maintain OKRs and KPIs across security platforms - tracking platform health, delivery progress, and team performance metrics for monthly reporting to leadership + Support onboarding of new engineering hires by managing ramp plans, platform handoff timelines, and knowledge transfer logistics + Identify and surface risks early, with a bias toward resolution rather than escalation + Partner closely with the Manager on team restructuring execution, hiring coordination, and leadership-facing communications ## Related Videos - [Improving quality with Agentic AI with Rovo Dev and Xray](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2005-improving-quality-with-agentic-ai-with-rovo-dev-and-xray) - [Thinking Differently - How to Make Money from Cyber Attacks & Cheats](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/745-thinking-differently-how-to-make-money-from-cyber-attacks-cheats) - [42 x 2 Canvases Later: Two Years, Two Minds, Many Lessons](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1458-42-x-2-canvases-later-two-years-two-minds-many-lessons) - [Organizational Change Through The Power Of Why - DevSecOps Enablement](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/478-organizational-change-through-the-power-of-why-devsecops-enablement) - [A Founder's Journey : From Startup Chaos to Purposeful Growth](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1926-a-founder-s-journey-from-startup-chaos-to-purposeful-growth) - [Cyber Security: Small, and Large!](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/259-cyber-security-small-and-large) ## Related Articles - [Events like RSAC Get You CISOs.
