This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, building actionable reports and dashboards, analyzing revenue and sales trends, and providing data-driven insights that empower executive leadership and revenue teams to make smarter decisions. Support & SLA Management * Queue Management: Monitor and manage incoming data, report, and dashboard requests submitted through the Internal Support Case queue. * SLA Compliance: Review, prioritize, and resolve all support tickets within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes. * End-User Prioritization: Treat end-user operational issues and reporting blockers as top-priority cases to minimize business downtime and support daily operations. * Data Loads: Manage and handle data loads Data Governance & Integrity * Establish and execute routine data auditing, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment workflows across Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud. * Monitor data quality metrics and design automated validation rules and processes to maintain high data standards. Reporting & Business Intelligence * Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce reports, dashboards, and Analytics (Tableau and/or Power BI) dashboards. * Translate complex business requirements into clear analytical frameworks, KPIs, and visual metrics. Process & System Optimization * Partner with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to map data schemas, object relationships, and integration requirements. * Identify bottlenecks in sales, marketing, and customer support workflows using empirical data and recommend process enhancements. * Support data migration, integration testing, and third-party app management (e.g., ERP systems).
