## About the Role

* At least 1-2 years experience with a broad range of IT functions including networking, firewalls, security, wireless, IT/OT networks - the more the better.

 * History of IT Project Management, hardware and/or software projects

 * Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

 * Experience with the Microsoft Suite of products (Azure, Sharepoint, Office) and Cisco/Meraki hardware
 * High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred

## Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Onsite IT representative for DrinkPAK's DP1 facility in California. Role will blend hands-on user support, hardware/asset management with exposure to network administration for the whole DP1 site., * Manages day-to-day IT infrastructure (hardware, inventory, troubleshooting) with great attention to detail.

 * Working knowledge of network fundamentals (switches, VLANs, wireless APs, firewalls)
 * Knowledge of network security best practices.
 * Exposure and familiarity with HA servers & networks (high availability).
 * Assist with unboxing, configuring and deploying new hardware for the facility
 * Strong organizational and prioritization skills - able to juggle daily support tickets alongside project assistance.
 * Takes ownership of tasks, follows through independently, and proactively flags issues before they escalate.
 * Maintain organized documentation of tickets, troubleshooting steps and recurring issues
 * Develop a thorough understanding of DrinkPAK policies, procedures and safety rules
