 * Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
 * Consistent thoroughness/attention to detail
 * Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF)
 * Notary Public preferred, but not required, * College degree preferred
 * 1+ year(s) of office experience
 * Permitting experience preferred
 * Solar Admin experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

 * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
 * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

## Description

The Applications Specialist is responsible for preparing permit, utility and state application packages, tracking/recording all applications' progress, and maintaining positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations. An ideal candidate for the position will be amiable, detail-oriented, organized, dependable, motivated, and able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment., * Prepare permit, utility and state application packages

 * Assist in compiling information necessary to complete application packages
 * Track progress and update information in database
 * Review and distribute documents and correspondence
 * Perform administrative functions including but not limited to: incoming calls, copying, scanning, emailing, preparing shipments, and filing
 * Develop and maintain positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations
 * May require permit running
