Must be able to write legibly and clearly to convey information. * Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. * Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational. * Professional manner, discretion and appearance. * Must be able to show initiative and make decisions. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Proficient in CRM or Real Estate databases is a plus. ## Description The Welcome Center Manager reports directly to the Regional Director for the Residential and Lifestyle Division and will work closely with the developer, marketing and property management teams., Welcome Center Operations * Oversee operation of the Welcome Center for a new home, master plan community. * Operations include prospective homebuyer presentations, home builder & realtor communications and café operations. * Hire, train, schedule and supervise part time employees to assist in the operation of the Welcome Center including welcome center ambassadors and baristas. * Greet guests, offer hospitality and create rapport with both prospects and residents. * Deliver detailed community presentations to prospective home buyers, realtors and home builder representatives. * Capture prospect profile and contact information and enter in database for instant communication to on-site builders/sales centers. * Update and distribute community collateral and builder inventory handouts for prospects * Consistently keep up to date with local information, attractions, events, etc. Marketing Communications * Participate in marketing team calls and meetings. * Update various pages on the website, including builder information, posting of photo galleries. * Make posts to community's social media channels & sites * Solicit and post homebuyer testimonials on the website as requested by the marketing team. * Assist in the development monthly e-blast communications for the marketing program * Provide marketing presentations to all builder associates who are currently selling in the community as well as prospective builders. This will happen on an ongoing basis * Serve as a marketing liaison between the developer and the builder sales teams. To include visiting sales offices to gather and disseminate information, and provide collateral and display materials as necessary * Manage & participate in the realtor program on behalf of the community developer, to include facilitating meetings, presenting to the group, and encouraging participation. * Serve as the liaison to the realtor group and foster those relationships. * Promote the community by making visits to brokerage offices within the selling radius. This will require some local travel. * Weekly calls and thank you notes to realtors who register prospects at the welcome center. * Assist in the planning and implementation of Realtor & Prospect events to include working these events.
