## About the Role

Preferred Qualifications:

· Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule during peak-periods

· Strong Internet and Web technical skills

· Basic Photo Editing Software experience (Photoshop, GNU Image Manipulation Program, etc) a strong plus

· Basic Audio Editing Software experience (Audacity, Goldwave, etc) a strong plus

· Experience with Streaming Media, Live A/V production a strong plus

· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS a strong plus, * Bachelor's (Required)

## Description

This position follows a hybrid work model, where employees work remotely and in the office each week, remote frequency depends on quality of performance.

As a Virtual Meeting Specialist, you will provide white-glove service to our clients by leading, monitoring, and processing audio, video, and web events. These include high-profile quarterly investor relations calls, company merger announcements, and medical education events. This involves interaction with C-Suite executives as they prepare for their event and live event moderation. After event conclusion, you will generate post-event analytics that will be sent to clients with statistics of their conference.

Other duties include media post-production, web coordination, and scheduling.
