## About the Role

* Data Coordinator experience preferred
 * GED / High School Diploma or equivalent
 * Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
 * Able to pass a background check
 * Able to work in the US
 * Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk
 * Experience with MS Office and data programs
 * Familiarity with administrative duties
 * Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and scanner
 * Typing speed and accuracy
 * Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
 * Attention to detail
 * Confidentiality
 * Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

## Description

* Collect and compile production data from various sources, including machinery, operators, and quality control reports.
 * Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
 * Correct and modify inaccurate files and records
 * Research and get information for incomplete documents
 * Develop and maintain databases for tracking key performance indicators (KPls) related to manufacturing operations.
 * Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
 * Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data management tools. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management and other stakeholders.
 * Keep information confidential
 * Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
 * Comply with data integrity and security policies
 * Alert management to any potential issues or trends that could impact production efficiency or product quality.

 * 3rd Shift, 9:00 pm to 5:00 am
 * Monday - Friday
