* Associate's Degree in a technical field with min 2+ years of experience, or 4+ years of relevant IT experience
 * Strong hardware troubleshooting and installation skills
 * Working knowledge of routers, switches, and networking equipment
 * Basic to intermediate Linux experience
 * General IT support and systems administration experience
 * Ability to travel up to 50%
 * Ability to work onsite in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

## Description

Spectrum Software Technology (SST) is seeking experienced IT Technicians to support our Civil Aviation Programs as part of our Tech Refresh Team. This role provides hands-on technical support for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) facilities nationwide and requires strong hardware experience and some Linux knowledge., * Perform hardware installations and technical support for FAA Centers, TRACONs, and Towers

 * Install and configure servers according to site-specific requirements
 * Set up, install, and configure printers, routers, and switches
 * Perform network updates in technology labs supporting the TFMS Tech Refresh Project
 * Monitor, test, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
 * Provide systems administration and end-user support
 * Support server hardware, operating systems, and network equipment
