* Bachelor's Degree (proof of education required).
 * Experience supporting Clinical Third-Party Applications (Non-Imaging).
 * Experience providing Tier 2/Tier 3 application support.
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
 * Working knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management.
 * Experience with Microsoft Office and enterprise healthcare applications.
 * Excellent communication and documentation skills.
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., * Experience supporting healthcare IT environments.
 * Experience working with vendors and coordinating application upgrades.
 * Familiarity with call tracking and knowledge management systems.
 * Previous experience supporting enterprise clinical applications., * Do you have at least 2 years of experience supporting Clinical Third-Party Applications (Non-Imaging) in a healthcare environment?
 * Have you provided Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for enterprise healthcare applications?

## Description

* Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for clinical third-party applications (non-imaging).
 * Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve medium to high-complexity application issues.
 * Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution following ITIL processes.
 * Coordinate application fixes and code changes with software vendors.
 * Work with infrastructure and technical teams to resolve application-related issues.
 * Maintain detailed documentation within ticketing and knowledge management systems.
 * Monitor SLA compliance and support critical application outages.
 * Recommend process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
 * Participate in an on-call rotation providing 24/7 application support as required.
 * Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external users.
