## Description

dynamic team located in Birmingham, AL. The Head of Information Technology will be
responsible for managing network infrastructure, performing troubleshooting and maintenance,
ensuring network security and providing technical support to internal users. They will also
manage the hardware inventory and distribution to new hires. The role also involves
collaborating with various teams to optimize IT systems and deliver excellent service.
Pay Rate
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule and Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Head of IT Duties and Responsibilities

 * Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related

issues.

 * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and peripheral

devices.

 * Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
 * Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
 * Perform system updates, patches, and software installations.
