## Description

* To create the ultimate buying experience from the moment of online engagement
 * Interact with clients through email, text, and phone calls
 * Understand and maintain current knowledge of automobiles sold by the dealership by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles
 * Build relationships with new potential customers and develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions
 * Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport
 * Maintain contact information and follow up information on all sales leads and customers in the database
