Think professional governance, clinical ladder programs, evidence-based practice, and designation readiness, all in one enterprise-grade product. As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you'll own architecture and implementation across multiple integrated products. You'll design the core infrastructure, data models, and AI-driven workflows that translate customer insights directly into shipped features - and you'll help set the engineering standards that allow us to scale securely across enterprise healthcare customers. This is a senior, hands-on founding role with significant scope and ownership. You won't just build features - you'll shape how we build everything. What You'll Do * Own architecture and implementation across four integrated product areas. * Design data models that support complex multi-hospital and multi-unit organizational structures. * Build AI-assisted workflows for document authoring, evidence organization, and retrieval. * Implement enterprise-grade infrastructure including SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, and HRIS integrations. * Translate customer conversations and domain knowledge into concrete, shipped product features. * Define and own CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and architectural standards for a growing engineering team. * Collaborate closely with product and non-technical stakeholders to align engineering work with clinical and operational needs. ## Related Videos - [Build and Deploy a Fullstack App with Open Source Tooling](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/775-build-and-deploy-a-fullstack-app-with-open-source-tooling) - [Developing the Backend with Stefan Lingler, CTO at Shpock](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100360-developing-the-backend-with-stefan-lingler-cto-at-shpock) - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [GraphQL + Apollo + Next.js: A Lovely Trio](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/311-graphql-apollo-next-js-a-lovely-trio) - [Meet Your New BFF: Backend to Frontend without the Duct Tape](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/682-meet-your-new-bff-backend-to-frontend-without-the-duct-tape) - [Shipping Faster with Less: Render on Cloud Hosting, AI Workloads, and the Future of DevOps](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1894-shipping-faster-with-less-render-on-cloud-hosting-ai-workloads-and-the-future-of-devops) ## Related Articles - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Find a Developer Job: 12 Best Job Sites For Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/165-find-a-developer-job-12-best-job-sites-for-developers) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [React Developer Salary [2023]](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/198-react-developer-salary-2023) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Why Attend a Developer Event in 2026?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/688-why-attend-a-developer-event-in-2026)
