* 8-10 years of IT infrastructure or desktop support experience.

 * Ability to improve IT processes, provide technical leadership, and support enterprise environments.

## Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Professional to provide onsite End User Computing (EUC) support through a service bar model. This role delivers hands-on technical support for PC & Mac systems, OT networks, Microsoft 365, network patching, smart hands support, and Audio Visual (AV)/Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) technologies. The position ensures reliable IT operations, system security, and high-quality end-user support while driving process improvements and operational excellence., * Provide onsite Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and end-user issues.

 * Support Windows PCs, macOS, Microsoft 365, OT networks, network patching, and AV/MTR conference room technologies.
 * Perform IT operations, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting following established procedures.
 * Implement and maintain data security and IT operational standards.
 * Design, document, and improve IT operational processes and service levels.
 * Deliver user training, coaching, and technical guidance.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance IT services.
