This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys working independently, solving complex technical challenges, and supporting a wide range of enterprise technologies in the field., * Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in field services, desktop support, or enterprise technical support. * Experience supporting Windows-based desktops, laptops, printers, telecommunications equipment, and network-connected devices. * Strong experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365. * Working knowledge of structured network cabling and network infrastructure installation. * Strong troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently while managing priorities across multiple locations. * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. * Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory with occasional overnight travel., * CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), or related Microsoft certifications. * Experience with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, ConnectWise, or similar ticketing systems. * Familiarity with ITIL principles and IT service delivery best practices. * Experience supporting distributed enterprise environments across multiple locations. ## Description The Senior IT Field Technician will serve as the primary onsite IT resource, responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting end user devices, printers, telecommunications equipment, network infrastructure, wireless connectivity, and user access.
