Manual Testing Focus * Strong manual testing skills with experience creating test plans, test cases, executing tests, and documenting defects. * Comfortable working in a primarily manual QA environment while leveraging automation knowledge where appropriate. * Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution. End-to-End Quality Assurance * Experience supporting the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation. * Ability to perform end-to-end testing across multiple systems and integrations. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and user experience. Technical Tools & Exposure * Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader and data validation activities. * Familiarity with DML operations and Salesforce data management processes. * Exposure to performance, load, or stress testing methodologies is preferred. * Experience working with QA and defect-tracking tools in Agile development environments., * Brings 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce QA experience in a testing-focused role. * Thrives in a collaborative, hands-on team environment and is passionate about software quality. * Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders. * Motivated to contribute long-term in a Salesforce QA role with ongoing growth and development opportunities. ## Description The Salesforce Tester will focus on ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce implementations within the technology department.
