## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
 * Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
 * Excellent leadership and communication skills
 * Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
 * Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites
 * OSHA certification preferred

## Description

* Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion
 * Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
 * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
 * Manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
 * Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
 * Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
 * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications
